face detection model using Transfer Learning via VGG16 pretrained model

for face detection i have used pretrained model VGG16 . transfer learning is a method through which we can easily attach our dataset on trained model as in did using VGG16 model . because they have already researched on thses type of dataset and have perfect bias and cofficient. so using that model save us time and resources also.
